Terms of service

WBAutomate is a service of Magnus Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or publishing a site you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

We generate a one-page website for your business from details you give us, host it, and keep it working. That includes a web address of the form yourname.wbautomate.com, or your own domain if you connect one.

The first draft is written by an AI model from your answers. It is a draft. You are responsible for checking it before it goes live, and for everything it says about your business once it does — prices, licensing, insurance, guarantees and service areas included. We do not verify any of it.

You can build a site and look at it without paying. An unpublished preview is kept for 7 days and is marked as a preview and hidden from search engines while it is unpaid. After 7 days an unclaimed draft may be removed.

Publishing costs $39 per month. It is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices exclude any sales tax that applies where you are.

We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you by email before it affects you, and you can cancel before the new price starts.

Cancel any month from your account page, which opens our payment provider’s billing portal. Your site stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not billed again.

We do not refund part-months. Deleting your site also cancels the subscription behind it.

Your business details, photos, logo and the words on your site remain yours. You give us permission to store, adapt and publish them for the purpose of running your site, and to show your site as an example of our work unless you tell us not to.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. Photographs of work you did not do, or images you do not hold a licence for, are the most common way this goes wrong.

When somebody fills in the form on your site we store the enquiry and send it to you. Those details belong to your relationship with that person, not ours — you decide what happens to them, and you are responsible for handling them lawfully, including any marketing you go on to do.

We use them only to deliver the enquiry to you and to keep the service working.

Do not use the service to advertise work you are not licensed to do, to make claims you cannot support, to impersonate another business, or for anything unlawful. Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service.

We may suspend or remove a site that breaches this, and will tell you why.

We aim to keep sites available at all times and we monitor them, but we do not promise a specific level of uptime. Hosting, generation and email depend on other companies, and outages at any of them can affect your site.

You can delete your site whenever you like. It comes offline immediately and we keep a copy for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end it with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost enquiries, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
